Your summary report will be given to you by the nursing staff at the time of the discharge. In case there is a delay in the preparation of a discharge card, it will be mailed or posted to you within a week of the discharge.

We are sorry. All the medicines and consumables are provided by the hospital pharmacy only.

Diet for the patient is provided in the in patient area as per the advise of the doctor/dietician. However the attendants need to make their own arrangements and eat in the hospital cafeteria.

Once your consultant makes an entry for discharge on your case sheet the discharge process in initiated. The resident doctors prepare the discharge card. The file is then sent to the IP reception for clearance, after which the final bill is prepared, taking into account all the deposits. When the final bill is ready, payment has to be made at the admission counter. This procedure may take 2-3 hours.Once the dues are cleared , the nursing tea will hand over the discharge file along with the summary and the advise on discharge, You will then be escorted out of the hospital.

Only one attendant pass is issued per patient in order to minimize crowding and noise in the patient care area. We request our esteemed clients to remain sensitive to the other patients’ comfort too. The pass has to be surrendered at the admission counter at the time of the discharge.

In the case of an ICU admission, the room will need to be vacated. However, you may retain the room at an additional cost of room rent.

Patients can make the deposit by cash, debit or credit cards or demand draft. We do not accept cheques however.

Yes, patients are required to pay a deposit as per the category of the bed at the time of admission. In case of a surgery or a procedure, the total estimated amount has to be deposited with the hospital before the surgery.

You will be admitted as an in patient on the advise of any of our empanelled doctors or in the case of an emergency when our resident doctor advises admission.
